Order Processing
All fundraiser shirts are made to order. Once the fundraising campaign closes, orders will be processed and prepared for production.
Please allow 21 business days for production after the fundraiser ends. Custom fundraiser apparel is typically printed after the campaign closes to ensure accurate quantities and sizing.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, orders will be shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are a flat $5.00 fee.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Riddley's Helping Hands is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
